Do you have a genuine passion for leading and nurturing young learners, coupled with proven experience managing a nursery effectively? WMC Training is seeking a dedicated Nursery Apprentice to join the professional, rewarding, and supportive FOREST NURSERY SCHOOL at Wickford, SS11 8UD.
The ideal candidate will bring previous experience working with children, a genuine interest in developing the talent of younger generations, and a strong desire to make a difference in children's lives.
Must have experience working at the nursery setting before or around children. You will be a collaborative team member, equally capable of taking initiative, and adept at planning enriching activities.
Duties
- Support fellow educators/practitioners to deliver the setting’s curriculum and standard of practice.
- Work towards an early years qualification with support from the setting’s staff and training provider.
