Job Description

Baptist Health is offering a Nurse Residency Program for new graduate nurses. The program runs for two years, with a one-year initial residency followed by a one-year commitment to Baptist Health. Residents work 40 hours per week, primarily on days for the first 3 months and then mostly nights.

Opportunities across the system are available in nearly every unit. Applicants must have graduated from an accredited BSN program and hold an active FL RN license at least two weeks before the start date.
