• Supports key training and learning functions, including:

-Curriculum planning and mapping

-Training content development and review

-Creation and implementation of testing materials and assessment instruments

-Instructional methods and knowledge transfer approaches

-Development of training materials and job aids

-Training logistics coordination

-Measurement and evaluation of training effectiveness

• Designs and develops training solutions, including training modules, process documentation, and job aids required to perform associate job roles, tasks, and functions.
