Job Description

**Position Highlights**

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
+ No routine call or weekend requirements
+ Patient Volume: Approximately 18 patients per day
+ Practice Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine

Practice Overview

+ Join an established Enhanced Care Team (ECT) model focused on collaborative, patient-centered care.
+ Care for patients across the lifespan with a mix of:
+ New patient visits
+ Established patient follow-ups
+ Acute/same-day visits
+ Preventive care
+ Individual in-basket management with support from an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Procedures

Opportunity to perform a variety of office-based procedures including:

+ Joint injections
+ Suturing
+ Incision & drainage (I&D)
+ Skin lesion removal
+ Skin biopsies
+ Pap smears
+ Nexplanon insertion/removal
