Job Details:
  • Hiring the right AUTONOMOUS, BOARD-CERTIFIED FNP for a busy independent practice, with a focus on primary care, functional health, thyroid optimization, and hormone optimization.
  • Flexible scheduling, as practitioner becomes independent in managing patient care.
  • This is a part-time to full-time opportunity (10-36 hours per week) as schedule begins to fill.
  • Must have active board certification , active DEA , and 2 years experience in adult and geriatric medicine .
  • Functional health and hormone optimization experience is a bonus.
  • Flexible scheduling.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Experience in health & wellness is a bonus.
