Job Description
Interior Health is hiring a Permanent Full Time Nurse Practitioner in Chase. This role provides comprehensive primary health care to individuals and families within a community-based family practice clinic. The Nurse Practitioner works in collaboration with other Nurse Practitioners, family physicians, and an interdisciplinary care team to deliver longitudinal, patient-centred care to an established patient panel.
Care includes health promotion and disease prevention, comprehensive health assessments, chronic disease management, reproductive and sexual health services, mental health and wellness support, and pediatric care across the lifespan. Services are provided to patients formally attached to a primary care provider—either a family physician or a nurse practitioner—within the clinic.
Successful candidates must meet all privileging and credentialing requirements to practice within the clinical setting.
