Our Emergency Department Nurse Educator will:
+ Provide specialized clinical expertise and skill, acting as a support person and role model for the nursing staff
+ Serve as a clinical resource to staff in the application of relevant research findings to practice
+ Assess clinical skills and learning needs of the nursing staff
+ Collaborate with leadership and nursing preceptors in evaluating and promoting development amongst the nursing staff
+ Participate in the development of policies, procedures, and standards of patient care relevant to clinical practice
