Provision of health care services in treatment of patients

  • General-duty nurses and are responsible for the overall care of patients
  • Give medicines according to what has been prescribed by doctors

    • Promote good health, also practice preventive patient care including checkups, vaccinations, suggesting diets and running lab tests to ensure the bodily systems are functioning properly

  • Keep records of patients’ progress or any symptoms of illness.
  • Conduct physical examination of the patients and assist the doctor in diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries.

    • Educate patients about various illnesses and their treatment.

  • Administering injections during immunization programs and take various samples for medical tests.
