Position Overview

The Clinical Practice Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional registered nursing services for patients, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs. These services include independent nursing services, administration of prescribed medical treatments, a leadership role within the health care team, and coordination of patient care and discharge.

Experience

  • Recent Surgical Nursing experience required.

Education

  • Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program required.

Certification / Licensure / Registration

  • Current CRNM registration required.
  • Active participation in professional associations e.g. Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM) preferred.
