Job Description
Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for their Waimea, HI location.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares patients for Nuclear Medicine studies and performs high-quality diagnostic scans in accordance with established standards, procedures, and protocols.
- Monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots equipment; reports issues as needed.
- Ensures the cleanliness and organization of the work area; provides coverage as needed.
- Participates in teaching and instructional activities.
- May care for patients of all ages, requiring the ability to respond appropriately to varying developmental and clinical needs.
Requirements:
- Minimal exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
- Potential exposure to communicable diseases, chemicals, radioactive materials, and radiation.
- Current Hawai'i license as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
