Nuclear Estimator (Quebec)

Work with the Regional Management Team (RMT) to support new market initiatives and business opportunities.

Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders (including governments and the public).

Prepare estimating deliverables aligned with proposal strategies.

Act as a key contributor in project development to secure projects.

Develop and execute project strategies meeting performance, schedule, and profitability targets.

Assist in bid processes and communicate strategies to help win bids.

Provide services including preliminary budgets, cost plans, and value engineering.

Lead internal construction project start-up and contract partnering sessions.

Establish Preconstruction in Progress (PIP) KPIs and provide monthly updates.
