About the role
Join the Customer Success team at Netpoleon as a Customer Success Executive. In this full-time role based in Sydney, NSW, you will be responsible for our partner and end user clients' renewals, and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer retention and expansion.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively manage and nurture a portfolio of strategic client accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for current clients, understanding their needs and goals to ensure continued and expanded usage
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts
