What does the job look like?

The Night Shift Operations Manager is responsible for leading warehouse and transport operations to deliver safe, cost-effective and high-performing service outcomes. You will drive operational performance while ensuring safety, compliance and customer expectations are consistently met.

Key areas:

Lead day-to-day warehouse and transport operations to deliver service, safety and cost objectives

Ensure compliance with safety, legislative and customer requirements across all operations

Monitor safety performance and drive risk management, incident reporting and corrective actions

Manage team performance to achieve operational targets and key performance indicators

Review costs, revenue and margins to drive profitability and continuous improvement
