**What you’ll do**:
**Main goal**:
- Responsible to design, validate, implement and sustain test systems; including documentation, training and statistical process control. An Engineer seeks and promotes the continuous improvement and automation of the test processes on current and transfers businesses.
- Responsible to seek new technologies for the implementation of the processes linked to I4.0.
**Job Responsibilities and authority**:
1 Develops test process complying with customer requirements, quality and product specifications to comply with Start of Production dates and safety linked to all new programs (NPIs) and product transfers (STPs)
2 Responsible for creating test standard procedures based on design test specifications and support focus factory units to eliminate or reduce downtime on NPIs and STPs
3 Develops a comprehensive troublehsooting and root cause analysis guide for common electrical test failures on NPIs and STPs
