Job Objectives:

  • To establish and maintain the stability of Manufacturing Operation & providing actions for process continual improvement

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee over all activity of the assign group and assure that activity goes according to plan.
  2. Plans daily activity of the group.
  3. Responsible in group performance monitoring (Group KPI) , Periodic report submission and group improvement project.
  4. Initiate training for Engineers technical development and flexibility.
  5. Act as the resource person of his subordinates in terms of technical and other related matters concerning the activities of the group.
  6. Responsible for all activities related to preparation on new incoming product / models.
  7. Review and approval of Reports and Documents such as technical reports, process control plan and WI
