NPI Quality Engineer

Main purpose of the job

Lead quality excellence at launch of new products – from concept through mass production – using APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and launch quality metrics. Drive error‑free documentation and quality gate sign‑offs while coaching internal teams and suppliers.

Main missions and results

  • Drive / support the APQP process for NPI projects.
  • Support design inputs, D‑FMEAs, control plans, MSA and process capability to ensure launch readiness.
  • Lead PPAP preparation, review and submission including PSW, dimensional and material results.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional D/P‑FMEA sessions.
  • Maintain FMEAs through design and build stages with linkage to control plans.
