Job Description

Design, implement, optimize and control the assembly processes of plastic products (connectors and headers), ensuring operational efficiency (SAU & POEE), product quality (Scrap, IQNs), compliance with technical specifications (AMEF, CP, PF) and cost reduction (M:M, POV).

What You Will Do

  • Design and document assembly processes (connectors and headers).
  • Develop process sheets, work instructions, and flowcharts.
  • Define and validate tools, fixtures and equipment necessary for assembly.
  • Analyze and resolve quality issues using tools such as 8D, Ishikawa and FMEA.
  • Ensure compliance with industrial safety and ergonomic standards.

Who You Are

  • Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related Engineering.
  • Experiencia en almacén de refacciones.
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing processes.
