The NPI Operations Program Manager (OPM) on the AI Devices team at Reality Labs has a unique and high-impact role, driving cutting-edge consumer electronics from development to mass production. This position is vital for bringing Meta's innovative new AI devices to life and requires demonstrated experience in engineering acumen to ensure high-quality product outcomes. The OPM bridges core product engineering teams with a broad spectrum of functional organizations — including Manufacturing Engineering, Hardware/Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance — as well as external manufacturing partners and suppliers.
