Job Responsibilities

  • Quickly understand the functions, structures, and manufacturing processes of new products developed by the R&D team.
  • Independently take ownership of new product transfer to pilot production (NPI phase).
  • Conduct pilot runs in the engineering / trial production stage, identify process and technical issues, and drive problem-solving to ensure successful mass production ramp-up.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
  • Solid knowledge of geometric optics, physical optics, crystal optics, laser principles, and fiber optics.
  • Familiar with one or more optical simulation tools.
  • Strong English proficiency (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with interest in solving practical engineering problems.
