Job Description

Corning is seeking an NPI Engineer to bridge development and manufacturing, accelerating new product introductions from design to scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop processes, implement DFM, and ensure launches meet quality, cost and performance targets.

You will work across locations to drive continuous improvement, support cost optimization, and maintain a safe, compliant production environment while delivering robust manufacturing readiness for new products.
