Job Description
Experience in EVT, DVT, PVT stage 4M readiness and reports required.
Lease with Program manager and customer for proper setup, assembly fixtures/jigs fabrication and
layout.
Monitor and analyze line process yield and improve.
Validating physical parts Vs. customer drawings, propose any design for manufacturing improvement to
customer.
Using PFMEA, 8D, DOE, 5 WHY as solving tools.
Once NPI approval granted, transfer knowledge to sustaining team
Minimum Diploma / Degree in respective engineering education.
Minimum 3 years of relevant of working experience in a PCBA manufacturing company, or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of computer skill (Word, Excel, Power Points and Email).
