Job Responsibilities:
Assist NPI Manager on managing project.
Key person working directly to the project. Project window to Customer on request.
Working based on NPI schedule to meet the deadlines and compliance.
In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive results through CFT team. 4M is the main tool.
Weekly meeting chairing for both internal and external.
Main PIC to coordinate the buyoff check sheet on every stages of project build until mass production.
Main coordination with CFT team on build and delivery coordination.
Execute prudent risk and raise the escalations if any unsolved issue.
Deep understanding of the Bill of material, process flow, production line layout, flow, and modeling
Working with counterpart from sustaining team on the transition from NPI qualification to mass production.
