Overview

The NPI Engineer will manage cross-functional deliverables, develop schedules, track progress against plans, and ensure new products are brought to market on time with expected quality and cost performance (RFQ). This includes managing the project from early prototype builds through the launch of full production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products.
  • Conduct design reviews, prototyping, and testing to validate product specifications and identify potential issues.
  • Review and coordinate the DFM proposal to the customer.
  • Using Solid Works software to analyse the mass, draft angle, thickness, undercut profile, parting line, etc. to prepare the DFM and quotation.
