Overview

Vertiv is hiring an NPDI Sourcing Engineer. As a member of the Global Procurement Team, this person will lead the sourcing activities for an assigned Line of Business. The position is the designated point of contact for all sourcing related to new product introduction, product cost reductions, production transfers, supply chain design, and time to market. The role involves working closely with Engineering and Commodity teams to monitor critical prototype parts, identify e-Auctions opportunities, perform risk and resiliency assessments, and report status to agreed KPIs.
