NPDE Test Technician (level IV)
Reports To: NPDE Engineering Technician Coordinator
General Description
Provide support to NPDE ICT/FCT Test Engineering with focus on ICT/FCT test programs and assembly of fixtures.
General Functions
Ensure test fixtures and programs work properly complying with designed test times and acceptance criteria to meet customer requirements.
Document procedures and create reports.
Specific Functions
Recollect and procure materials required for NPI runs such as fixtures, samples, or components.
Execute all required reworks on test fixtures' wiring or additional circuitry.
Provide support to NPI runs: ICT, flying probe, offline programming, or functional bench/ tester verifications.
Generate and debug flying probe programs, provide failure details to repair techs if required.
Identify current test coverage and work towards maximizing it.
