NPDE Test Technician (level IV)

Reports To: NPDE Engineering Technician Coordinator

Provide support to NPDE ICT/FCT Test Engineering with focus on ICT/FCT test programs and assembly of fixtures.

• Ensure test fixtures and programs work properly complying with designed test times and acceptance criteria to meet customer requirements.
• Document procedures and create reports.

• Recollect and procure materials required for NPI runs such as fixtures, samples, or components.
• Execute all required reworks on test fixtures’ wiring or additional circuitry.
• Provide support to NPI runs: ICT, flying probe, offline programming, or functional bench/ tester verifications.
• Generate and debug flying probe programs, provide failure details to repair techs if required.
