NPD Sourcing Engineer

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

ØNPD Sourcing is accountable for NPD sourcing decisions, as well as meeting the defined key performance indicators (KPIs)

ØNPD Sourcing will align with two distinct workstreams:

Project (& Product) Manager(s) for the day-to-day work on the project requirements, timelines, etc.

NPD Sourcing will leverage standard Procurement processes and practices will align with business unit (BU) needs (project strategy, criticality, escalation, etc.)

ØNPD Sourcing is a core functional team member of a project team and contributes to the project success by exhibiting a contribution mindset and applying a Principled Entrepreneurship mental model.

ØApply technical expertise and methods to research, understand, and develop/improve current or new sources of supply to meet the product life cycle deliverables in align with Global Category Strategy
