Summary:The mechanical engineer is a fundamental element of all our products. This position will be a core member of the Electro-/Mechanical Engineering Staff reporting directly to the NPD Manager. The successful candidate will perform mechanical engineering design in a professional manner and typically include:
Duties and responsibilities Perform mechanical design and development using 3D CAD software (Creo as preferred but not mandatory).
Adhere to standards for mechanical engineering best practice.
Deliver innovative, optimized engineering solutions.
Deliver design solutions against requirements, within budget and timescales.
Respectful of others with a high degree of personal integrity.
Challenge ideas, proposed solutions and people in a constructive, positive manner.
