**Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School Setting**
**Location:** Blue Island, IL
**Start Date:** August 14, 2026
**Contract Length:** 39 weeks
**Hours:** 35 hours/week
**Schedule:** Full-time, school-based
**?? Compensation**
+ **Pay Rate:** $70/hour (local candidates)
**?? Position Details**
+ Provide both **direct and indirect therapy minutes**
+ Utilize **AAC (Augmentative & Alternative Communication) devices**
+ **Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs**
+ Collaborate with **related service providers and school staff**
**?? Ideal Candidate**
+ Active Illinois SLP license
+ Experience in school-based settings preferred
+ Familiarity with AAC devices
+ Strong collaboration and communication skills
