Job Description

We are a small company (6–7 team members) looking for a hands-on productivity & systems specialist to set up and implement a complete task management and contact (CRM) system for our team.
We need someone practical who can:
• Understand how we currently work
• Design a simple and efficient workflow
• Build the system (Notion / ClickUp or similar – open to suggestions)
• Set up task management (personal + team)
• Create a structured contact management database
• Organize basic knowledge management
• Train the team and ensure adoption
This is a short-term project (estimated 30–60 hours over 4–8 weeks).
Important:
We are NOT looking for high-level strategy consulting.
We need someone hands-on who can build, implement and guide us step by step.
