**Notary Services Representative — Woodbridge**
Canada Notary, Ontario's largest notary and document services network, is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented representative for our new Woodbridge location, opening June 29.
**The Role** You'll be the on-site point of contact for clients needing notarization, Commissioner of Oaths services, and document support. Most clients find us through Google and arrive booked or as walk-ins. Your job is to deliver fast, professional, accurate service and protect our reputation through every interaction.
**Responsibilities** - Greet and serve walk-in and booked clients for notarization and commissioning - Accurately process and log every transaction and payment - Maintain a professional, organized workspace - Coordinate apostille, translation, and shipping requests through our central team - Request Google reviews from satisfied clients at point of service - Report daily volume and deposits per company procedures
