Norwegian & Swedish-speaking Customer Support Advisor - Relocation to Portugal

**About the project**:
You will support users of a payment solutions platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses, helping them with account setup, orders, product use, and payment-related questions.
**Your tasks**:
- Help with onboarding and account-related questions
- Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns
- Provide product information and basic technical troubleshooting
- Escalate more complex cases to the right department
**Your profile**:
- **Fluency in Norwegian + advanced level (C1) of Swedish**:
- Communicative level of English
- Be in Lisbon or be ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
**Training**:
- Paid training for around **10 working days**, **8 hours per day**.
