Ventures Lab is seeking a customer support specialist to handle inquiries via chat, email and phone, covering inbound and outbound channels. You will use active listening and empathy to resolve issues, maximise revenue opportunities and escalate where needed.
You will work with CRM tools, collaborate with Risk, Marketing and Payments, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with weekend/holiday availability. A friendly, proactive attitude is essential to succeed.
