North Yorkshire Pullman Head Chef

Team: Catering / North Yorkshire Pullman Dining Train.

Location: Based in Grosmont, Whitby.

Contract: Permanent full time.

Salary: £30,000 circa, based on 1898 annualised hours.

About the Role

This is a hands on role, with your passion for food and your appetite to provide an exceptional service, you will work with the assistant chef and Pullman Train Manager to deliver and develop the calendar of NYMR Pullman Dining & Charter services by planning menus, preparing, cooking, and ensuring each dish is fresh, tasty and beautifully presented every time whilst maintaining excellent food hygiene practices.

The Pullman is one lunchtime service per day usually Tues/Wed/Sat & Sundays during our main operating season, with an additional working day for prep/admin.
