Job Description
We are seeking an experienced North Asia Rates Trader (VP/Director) to join a European bank, with primary responsibility for trading and risk management across KRW and CNH/CNY. The role will involve active risk‑taking and close interaction with the Sales team, and contribution to the development of the firm's North Asia rates franchise.
The ideal candidate:
Prior experience trading onshore KRW or CNY across FX and Rates
Familiar with pricing different derivatives
Experience in building LP relationships
An entrepreneurial mindset to build the business up with other senior stakeholders
At least 8 years of prior experience in a similar trading role
