As the Packaging Manager reporting to the Plant Manager, you will supervise daily operations and lead teams for optimal performance. Your role includes managing safety protocols, collaborating with departments, and overseeing budgetary responsibilities. This position requires a proactive approach to solving problems and fostering continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive daily safety initiatives to achieve zero incidents
• Ensure collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Implement Lean tools for process improvements
• Analyze and report daily packaging results
• Oversee development for new formats and SKUs
Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ management experience in manufacturing
• Occupational health & safety competency
