Oversee technical operations as a Supervisor at Nordik Spa Nature in Chelsea, QC. Your leadership will ensure optimal maintenance and a tranquil atmosphere for guests.
As the Technical Services Supervisor, you will support the Technical Services Manager in supervising the team responsible for vital maintenance functions. You will engage in health and safety protocols, manage outside contractors, and ensure all mechanical systems are functioning effectively. The role demands a balance of technical skills and leadership in a wellness-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and assign tasks to technical staff
• Enforce compliance with health and safety standards
• Manage relationships with external service providers
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment
• Participate in water treatment procedures
Requirements:
• DEC in building mechanics or similar field
• Bilingual with strong English and French skills
• Experience in project management
