Deloitte Oy in Helsinki is seeking a payroll and HR transformation consultant to support clients across the Nordics. You will help develop payroll, working time, and HR processes while contributing to impactful societal changes.

You collaborate with senior experts in a culture focused on feedback and coaching, and you bring strong Finnish and English communication, plus 4–5 years of payroll experience and a Master’s degree.
