EY is seeking a forward‑looking Nordics FP&A Lead based in Finland to drive planning, forecasting and performance analysis across the Nordics. You will partner with leadership to translate financial insights into decisive action, leading a geographically distributed team in a multicultural environment.

You will manage forecasting cycles, develop scenario models and provide concise commentary to steer strategy, investments and key business drivers, using Excel and data to keep leaders informed.
