Nordics Country Head: Scale a trusted digital asset platform

Uphold is expanding into the Nordics with a country head role responsible for Norway and Finland, with rapid expansion to Sweden and Denmark. You will lead regional P&L, strategy, regulatory engagement, and brand development across the Nordic markets.

The ideal candidate will oversee cross-functional teams, drive growth, and build trusted relationships with regulators, banks, and partners to position Uphold as a leading digital assets platform in Northern Europe.
