St1 Nordic Oy in Finland is seeking an IT Service Management Lead to shape and roll out a unified ITSM platform across the Nordic region, emphasizing culture and process change as much as technology.

You will design ITSM processes, oversee platform deployment, ensure process compliance, and govern CMDB while promoting automation and AI.

Fluency in English is required, with Finnish or Swedish language skills considered an advantage; a relevant higher education degree is expected.
