Job Description

Nova Complex in Finland seeks a Critical Facilities Manager to lead governance and lifecycle management of mission-critical power and thermal systems. You will build an operational framework to ensure 24/7 availability, oversee regulatory compliance, and drive vendor management and cost control across Nordic sites.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team, optimize O&M with BMS/EMS, and collaborate with local authorities to meet EU sustainability goals and GDPR requirements.
