As a Non‑Volatile Memory Managed NAND (mNAND) QRA Technician, you will be responsible for coordinating Quality and Reliability testing as well as collecting and reporting on data on failures generated during testing. You will perform initial verification of mNAND failures generated from AQL sampling, reliability testing on automatic test equipment (ATE), as well as customer‑returned products.
