Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions in the system.
  • Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously with efficiency.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all communications.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional service.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling customer interactions.
  • Work US Night Shift (5 days working & 2 rotational week off).
