Lead Backer (Non-voice)



Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update leads in CRM (data entry, tagging, pipeline tracking)

Respond and follow up with leads via SMS/email to set appointments

Track communications and maintain accurate lead records

Coordinate appointments and hand-offs to agents

Support lead generation, campaigns, and CRM integrations

Build drip campaigns, alerts, and automated follow-ups

Monitor lead flow, agent activity, and performance reports

Create dashboards, trackers, and productivity reports

Provide admin/marketing support (flyers, newsletters, referrals)



Profile Requirements:

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Experience in CRM or lead management is a plus

Strong communication skills (written, SMS/email)

Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems/tools

Proactive, analytical, and process-driven mindset
