Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues primary via live chat, email, and ticketing systems.
Perform minimal voice support (around 10% or less) for critical account escalations or verification calls when needed.
Provide accurate information and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
Navigate multiple systems and databases while multi-tasking effectively.
