Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales and Operations roles, ensuring timely closure of positions. Maintain candidate records and manage communication through the applicant tracking system (ATS).
