Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales and Operations roles, ensuring timely closure of positions.
  • Maintain candidate records and manage communication through the applicant tracking system (ATS).
