Non-Gaming Surveillance Operator

A structured Non-Gaming Surveillance Operator role is critical to the success of the River Cree Resort & Casino. The primary purpose of the Non-Gaming Surveillance Operator is to ensure the safety and well being of guests and associates of the River Cree Resort.

Reporting to the Surveillance Manager, the Non-Gaming Surveillance Operator monitors for activity that could be of harm to guests or the property.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Continuously monitor cameras of the non-gaming areas of the resort.
• Serve as central radio/phone dispatch for Resort Security.
• Respond to Casino floor employee complaints about belligerent or difficult patrons.
• Dispatch Emergency Services as required.
• Create incident reports as per company directive.
• Maintain accurate logs in Property Central Reporting System.
