Job Description

The Non-Clinical Case Manager coordinates referrals, service planning, and client documentation for designated caseload(s).

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Professional License in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or Social Services preferred
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or Social Services fields preferred
+ Experience in Case Management, Behavioral Sciences, Human Services or Social Services preferred
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
